If you are moving to another location in our service area or are moving away from our system, please contact our office at (423) 272-8821 to let us know. We will need to know your new mailing address if you are moving away so that we can send any correspondence or refunds due. If you are having service connected at a new location, you may have up to seven days of service at both locations. You will need to pay your current bill in full and the transfer fee. Once your original service is disconnected you will receive a bill with the notation “Final Bill”. A refund check, if applicable, will be included with this bill. It may take up to 30 days to receive the refund check.
